About Labiora
A shared workspace for Dental Practices and Dental Laboratories
Labiora is built around one idea: a dental case shouldn't depend on emails, phone calls and courier notes to get from a Practice to a Laboratory and back. It should live in one record both sides can see, from the moment it's submitted to the moment it's delivered.
The problem we built Labiora to solve
A single dental case passes through several hands before it's finished — a Practice submits it, a Laboratory produces it, and sometimes a second, collaborating Laboratory contributes along the way. Without a shared system, every handoff between them depends on whichever channel happened to be used that day: an email with an attachment, a phone call to check on progress, a paper delivery note.
That works, but it doesn't scale, and it doesn't leave a record. Information gets lost between messages, status has to be chased rather than seen, and reconstructing what happened on a case after the fact means piecing together several different places at once.

Labiora replaces that scattered exchange with a single, structured case record shared by both organisations from submission through to completion.

Practices and Laboratories connect once through the Directory, then exchange cases through that same connection — no re-establishing context with every new case.

Restoration details, tooth-by-tooth prescription, material and shade travel with the case itself, in a consistent structure both sides can rely on.
Visibility without the phone call
Status, messages and files live on the case record itself, so either side can see exactly where things stand without asking the other.
Our goal
Labiora exists to make dental collaboration simpler and more organised — centralising case information, files, messages and status in one place, so Practices and Laboratories can focus on the work itself rather than on tracking it down.
Whether a case is straightforward or involves a collaborating Laboratory along the way, the record stays the same one, visible to everyone who's actually part of it.
